By submitting the Trade Partner Application or any related form through the Costa Maison website, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which outline how Costa Maison evaluates subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners seeking to provide labor or materials for our projects. The application serves only as a prequalification tool and does not guarantee future work, placement on bid lists, approval as an active vendor, or the creation of any contractual relationship. Costa Maison may approve, deny, or request additional information at its discretion.

You further confirm that all licenses, certifications, and insurance documents are valid and that your workers are legally authorized to work in the United States. Any misrepresentation may result in disqualification or removal from consideration. You also agree to notify Costa Maison promptly of any changes affecting your company information, licensing, or insurance status.

All applicants must maintain the proper licensing, insurance, and compliance documentation required for their trade. This may include state contractor licenses, specialty trade certifications, occupational licenses, and various insurance coverages such as General Liability, Workers’ Compensation or exemption, Automobile Liability, Umbrella or Excess Liability, and Professional Liability when applicable. All trade partners operate independently and remain responsible for their own tools, equipment, employees, taxes, and compliance obligations. Costa Maison may conduct license verification, background checks, business credit evaluations, insurance authentication, safety record reviews, and past performance checks. You authorize these reviews when submitting your application.

Approved trade partners must maintain a strong safety program, ensure workers follow PPE rules, adhere to OSHA standards, report incidents promptly, and participate in safety meetings when required. Costa Maison expects all partners to meet strict quality standards regarding workmanship, material specifications, installation practices, scheduling, site cleanliness, and professional conduct. Failure to meet these expectations may result in removal from a project or future disqualification.

Uploading documents confirms that you own or have permission to share the files and that no copyright, confidentiality, or contractual limitations are being violated. Only upload necessary documents and avoid providing sensitive personal data unless specifically requested.

Costa Maison is not obligated to issue bid invitations, request proposals, assign work, or maintain any ongoing partnership. Opportunities may vary based on project demand, performance history, compliance, and alignment with Costa Maison’s standards. We reserve the right to refuse any application, suspend a trade partner, terminate a relationship, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Hillsborough or Pinellas County.
